Dr. Jayaraman Chillayil (IND)
Dr. Jayaraman Chillayil is an energy and climate change communication expert specialising in behaviourally informed interventions for sustainability transitions. With over 28 years of industrial experience and a decade in research and academia, his work lies at the intersection of energy systems, resource efficiency, public sector transformation, and climate communication. He served for 25 years at BPCL Kochi Refinery, retiring as Senior Manager (Projects). A two-time Fulbright Fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA, he is also a certified energy auditor. Dr. Jayaraman is the Managing Director and Co-founder of EQUINOCT Community Sourced Modelling Solutions and serves as Technical Advisor to the Board of Public Sector Transformation, Government of Kerala.
