Pedro Soler (ECU)
Pedro Soler is a curator, writer and punk gardener. He was director of Hangar, centre of production for contemporary art in Barcelona, from 2006 to 2010. Since then he has curated exhibitions and events in Spain, Egypt, Colombia, Mexico and Ecuador. His most recent
exhibitions are "Human, all too human" (2023) in CAC, Quito, and the CICTA intercultural centre (2025) in La Chimba, Cayambe, both in Ecuador. In 2024 he published "El Tractor de Hamburger" in recodo press and in 2025, he co-organised Tinku Uku Pacha, Soil Assembly #2. He is currently a Trans Local Expert for the BuenTek S.T.A.R.T.S South American residency program and makes compost at home.
